New Podcast to Kick-Start 2021.

When you’re home, working out, or on the road, podcasts are more popular than ever.

We at KITI Social have a new favorite to tune into for 2021.

TANYA’S TABLE
Tanya’s Table” is created by celebrated chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Tanya Holland of Brown Sugar Kitchen. We’re looking forward to season two launching January 19, 2021.

She’ll be hosting Ayesha Curry (January 19), Danny Glover (January 26), Bonnie Raitt (February 2), Phil Rosenthal (February 9), Alicia Garza (February 16), Elizabeth Falkner(February 23), Lars Ulrich (March 2), Jonny Moseley (March 9), Maneet Chauhan (March 16), Ericka Huggins (March 23), Lizz Wright (March 30), Festus Ezeli(April 6), Edouardo Jordan (April 13), and Karen Akunowicz (April 20).

Episodes of "Tanya's Table" will air once a week (every Tuesday) on all major podcast platforms through April 20, 2021. Why we love her? Holland has a phenomenal professional path including a role on the Board of Trustees at the James Beard Foundation and she is a U.S. State Department culinary diplomat.

Holland takes listeners on a 45-minute adventure each episode of "Tanya's Table" by offering both a behind-the-scenes look at her guests' intriguing lives as well as bringing forth vital issues facing the world: food, culture, and diverse foodways. While food is the center of attention, Holland explores other lifestyle topics such as travel, social awareness, self-help, and work/life balance, challenges and triumphs, discovering off-the-radar gems, music, the role of mentors, and more. Episodes delve into each guest's individual identity through their sense of taste — with food, design, style, etc. — and discovering foods of their heritage.

Actress and Emmy-winning producer Laverne Cox is also hosting a new weekly podcast series that will debut in February 2021. Intimate conversations to inspire new behavior to get listeners closer to becoming the very best versions of ourselves includes spiritual makeovers, together. Cox is best known for her groundbreaking role of Sophia Burset in the critically-acclaimed Netflix original series "Orange is The New Black.” This role helped Cox become the first openly transgender actress to be nominated for a Primetime acting Emmy and made her the first Trans woman of color to have a leading role on a mainstream scripted television series.
